NOTICE OF PRIVACY POLICY

1. Information we receive from you on agreements, correspondence, communications and other types of forms.
2. Information about your transactions with us and/or others with respect to your Credit Counseling and/or ChexSystems Restoration Programs.
3. Information we receive from Creditors and/or Collection agencies on your behalf.
4. Information received from credit reporting agencies.

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about you or any other current or former customer to anyone, except as permitted by law.

We restrict access to nonpublic information about you to our employees who need to know the information. We maintain safeguards in compliance with federal regulations to safeguard your personal information.

1. Be advised that you have the right to review any file maintained about you by any consumer reporting agency, as provided under the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FRCA) 15 U.S.C.s 1681(t). You also have the right to dispute directly with the consumer reporting agency the completeness and/or accuracy of any item contained in any file maintained by the consumer reporting agency.
2. You have the right to obtain a copy of your credit report from a credit bureau. The credit bureaus may charge you a small fee for this report, however there is no fee if you have been turned down for credit, employment, insurance or rental dwelling because of information in your credit report within the preceding 60 days.
3. You have the right to dispute inaccurate information on your credit reports, however, neither you nor any credit repair company or credit repair organization has the right to have accurate, current and verifiable information removed from your credit reports.
4. It’s important for you to know that most of the services performed by AMG Consulting Group Inc can be performed by you acting on your own behalf, exercising your rights under the (FRCA) and/or other laws. This process can be time consuming and stressful that is why AMG Consulting Group Inc offers personalized, affordable services and programs that will get the results you want and desire in restoring your credit worthiness.
5. AMG Consulting Group Inc advises you to review The Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C.A. §1679 et seq.) and The Credit Services Act of 1984 (Civ. Code §§ 1789.10 et seq.). The purpose of these laws is to ensure that a prospective client is provided with the information necessary to make an informed decision regarding the purchase of such services and/or programs offered by AMG Consulting Group Inc.
6. Any client of AMG Consulting Group Inc has the right to cancel their contract with AMG Consulting Group Inc, without penalty or obligation, within five (5) days after signing it. (Civ. Code § 1789.12(a),(b).)
